Atas Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by atas via the website https://atas.bio or the associated mobile app, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the atas platform without exception, including visitors who browse the website without creating an account. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the atas platform.

Atas reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Such amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the atas services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 Years and Above at the date of registration.
• Being the individual opening the account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not be on any active self-exclusion list or voluntary play limit programme.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be located in a region or country where participation in online gambling activities is prohibited.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the atas platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account closure.

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login information. All activity that occurs through your account is your own responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the atas support team immediately via live chat.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the atas platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the atas support team via live chat. All valid account balances will be returned to the member upon completion of the review process, subject to applicable withdrawal terms.

9 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, atas and its parent company, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising in connection with:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by the member.
